Maintenance & Management

The complex is being set up and organised on a community basis [known in Turkey as a Site].
Owners will pay an annual fee in return for the provision of maintenance and
services to include;
--Specified swimming pool maintenance including daily treatment
--Specified garden maintenance including watering and grass cutting
--Year round 24 hour security-Public lighting
--Domestic refuse removal-Daily inspection of villas when vacant
--Key holding
-Assistance with administration regarding local taxes, water charges, electricity bills etc
