Payment Terms

Prices for the villas and apartments may be obtained from the developers by e mail or by telephone. A deposit of 10% is required to secure the villa/apartment. No further monies are payable until the villa/apartment is fully completed and the title deeds are transferred to the purchaser. For the villas and apartments in Phase 1 purchase and payment will be completed as early as possible after the deposit payment.For the villas in Phase 2 the title transfer will take place not later than 31 March 2006.
