A development of 24 luxury, 4 bedroom villas each with its own private pool and large gardens and 3 large luxury 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments.

The total area covered by the project is about 2.5 hectares [25,000 square metres or over 6 acres] affording low density and maximum privacy.
The project is being built in two phases.

Construction of phase 1, which comprises 10 villas and the community facilities, is now completed and the first owners have taken possession of their villas.

Phase 2 consists of 14 villas which are all currently under construction. These villas will be completed in early 2006 and ready for occupation before the start of the holiday season.

The developers will retain about 1,400 square metres within phase 1 of the project which, subject to demand, will later be used to accommodate café, bar, shop and other communal facilities. A fresh water well has also been included in this area to provide water for gardens etc.
