| THE VILLAS AND APARTMENTS
There are a total of 24
villas comprising 20 standard villas and 4 super villas.
The standard villas have an internal
floor area of about 260 square metres [2,800 square
feet] and covered
balconies and terraces
of some 40 square metres bringing the total floor area of each villa
to almost 300 square metres [3330 square feet].

Living Room
The 4 super villas are the same as the standard villas with the
addition of a full semi-basement floor of some 130 square metres
[1,400 square feet]. This floor can be divided and laid out to the
purchaser’s specification with extra bathrooms etc as required.
The villas have 4
very large bedrooms each with en suite
bathroom. The master bedroom is truly masterful with
a total floor area of some 36.5 square metres [400 square feet]
and incorporating a dressing room and extra large bathroom.The master
bedroom also has a very large balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
The
large kitchens are fully furnished with ample storage
